We do things a little differently — no formal resumes, no long applications, no guessing games. Instead, we’ve created an interactive, skills-based interview process to help us see how you think, how you work, and how you follow instructions, because that’s what matters.

How to Complete the Interactive Interview

✅ Follow the step by step instructions. Your task includes a slides that guide you through the exact steps to take.

✅ Record your screen as you complete your task. We want to see how you work, not just the final result. We recommend loom.com

✅ Upload your video link. There will be a place to submit everything once your task is done.

✅ Final Decision. If we feel like you're a good fit after reviewing your work, we’ll schedule a Zoom interview.
